Shipping & Deliveries

At  Fruits Baggy, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping partners who work 24/7 to help us ship packages as quickly as possible. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

Shipping Charges (Bhubaneswar):
1. Free on orders of Rs. 499/- and above
2. Rs. 75/- on orders below Rs 499/-

Cash On Delivery (COD):

This facility is available for certain pin codes within Bhubaneswar only. You will find the COD payment option on the shopping cart page based on the shipping address pin code.

Time taken to deliver your order:

All orders start getting processed the same day. Delivery times are usually as follows:
1. Within Bhubaneswar – your order should reach you in 2 – 5 business hours from the date of dispatch.
2. No Delivery facility available Outside Bhubaneswar

Please note that the date of dispatch depends on the products you order. The product page displays exactly how much time will it take to dispatch that product.

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

Hygiene:
At FruitsBaggy we take Hygiene very seriously.  All bottles are sanitised & sealed by machines in a leak proof packing. Our bottling unit is certified as per the highest international standards of Quality. We also ensure that the outer shipping boxes are fully sealed. 

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened – please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91 637 098 1846 or email us at info@fruitsbaggy.com

Return/Refund Policy

Being a food product we do not offer Returns. In a rare case if you do not like a product, please get in touch with us via email & we shall be glad to help you. 

  1. You can email us at info@fruitsbaggy.com or call us at +91 637 098 1846  within 48 Hours of receiving the product. Please mention your order number.

Cancel the order?

If for any reason you want to cancel the order, it can be done until the order is processed. Please call us at +91 637 098 1846 or email us at  info@fruitsbaggy.com to cancel your order. If the order is processed/shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service on subsequent orders in future.

Additional Information:

  • Images on the website are for reference only, however there can be a variation compared to the actual products based on batch, versions, etc. 
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours on receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
